  • If you keep going there is no way it won't work, have faith! :) What are you planning to do? I just did insanity and lost 26 pounds in the 60 days but I still have 50 more to go, I am 5'8. I order focus t25 and will be starting it next week.

  • Have you thought about finding a good workout you enjoy doing inside, like hip hop abs or something like that? I work out with dvds, just done insanity and now about to start focus t25

  • hi i would love to add you I have been working out with the beachbody programs, insanity, I seen really good results in 60 days with it, I lost 26 pounds, I have 50 more to go. I am now getting ready to do focus t25 and love myfittnesspal it really helps track those calories

  • Add me I am just utilizing the community, I have recently only been using the app on my phone but really love having people to talk to, it helps keep me on track. I did the insanity program and lost 26lbs in 60 days but went on vacation and got off track so I am back at it today, I have about 50 more pounds to go.
