I'd like to be your friend. I started in January too. But then my kids and I were sick and we moved. In short, I fell off the bandwagon for about a month. Now, I need people who are consistent to help me jump back on and stay there. I'm in this for the long haul!

This happened to me a few weeks ago. I added an extra 100 calories to my day and it helped give me the extra energy to keep going. Besides that, just make your self do the workout even if it is only a half-hearted attempt. Eventually you will get back in the groove. Good luck.

We can totally do it! Those precious boys of ours are worth the workouts so now we just have to work on our laziness... Two piece by summer!
