    My weight has pretty much stalled & I need to get this last 22 lbs off.. I so need a kick to get me moving again.

    My weight for Jan.1 was 198.2 Today was 197.6

    But between those dates I was 196.6 a couple of days. I know weight can very a little day to day. I just want it down & stay down.
