  • I am doing the 4 hour diet, whereby i am following the 5 rules but not necessarily eating every 4 hours as i find i am full most of the time. what i like about it is that i can eat as much as i like and have a cheat day once a week and still lose on average 2 pound a week.. i just hate calorie counting!

  • congratulations, it feels brill to see that number change from a 2 to a 1, i know how you feel i am presently hovering round it, lowest 198 but keeps going back over 200 again !! but it stays more on the 1 than the 2 so thats a win to me! be v proud :)
