I am doing the 4 hour diet, whereby i am following the 5 rules but not necessarily eating every 4 hours as i find i am full most of the time. what i like about it is that i can eat as much as i like and have a cheat day once a week and still lose on average 2 pound a week.. i just hate calorie counting!

congratulations, it feels brill to see that number change from a 2 to a 1, i know how you feel i am presently hovering round it, lowest 198 but keeps going back over 200 again !! but it stays more on the 1 than the 2 so thats a win to me! be v proud :)

Hi, I also have Hashimotos and so far managed to lose 40 lbs since last September :)( 60 more to go ) It is hard but possible. I am on armour ( tried synthetic but it just gave me palpatations ) and have to adjust my tablets all the time, especially as you lose weight. I have been 'stuck' on a plateau for a few months now…
