No change for me this week... 158.4 I know it is because of lack of decet veg's this week!! Here's to a better week this week! (minus the 10-15cm of snow today! eeeeeek!) Still need to measure to see if there are any inches lost but have to wait for hubby to help with that!)

Could not do squats due to knees but I did 45 min on bike at a moderate to fast pace and I moved and lifted boxes upstairs for about 30-40 min.

I was in town today for the day and I walked everywhere! So I also took this opportunity to walk with a friend (at a very very brisk pace -- or so says my endomondo app! lol) and I did the bonus 50 crunches with my hubby in the morning before I left with hubby! He did them along side me!

I did the challenge of punches today plus bonus - 150 in total. BUT I had to do them on an exercise ball as my knee wouldnt let me stand and 'squat' but HOLY MOLY it was tough to balance on the ball with a bad knee!

I made meatballs (grass fed beef-- raised by us) and I used organic spelt bran to mix instead of store bought crackers, fresh dried herbs for flavour and farm fresh eggs (raised by us) to mix and hold them all together!
