if you cook extra pasta you can portion it out in to the fridge to add to other salads

not heard of them but most diet pills are diuretics so not great they just make you lose water, Alli tablets give you diarrhoea if you eat anything fatty so i dont like the idea, id rather count and do it gradually , its taken me 6 years to get here slowly but its staying off and its all my own work

dont worry! if you are eating right and sticking to your calories it will start to move again. i have been doing this for 6 years now and sometimes i stick for months then it starts to come off again.. personally i find if i have a really bad day and eat what i want ( but still log it ) then go back to counting it kicks…

i agree. there are some people on here who are really thin and are on here trying to lose weight, there is too much of and expectation to be a size zero put on young girls. i think women should have something to hug and not be a bag of bones, the thing is the magazines use photoshop and make the stars look a lot thinner…

when i was bigger (245 lb) i did, because i was so sure if i didnt eat too much i would lose quicker, and the gym instructor told me off because i felt like i was going to throw up and faint, she told me to eat before i exercised. i did and never felt like that again .
