I tried it a few years back and did not like the SIDE EFFECTS that is for sure. Hi, I think I would have to agree with everyone that you need to eat more cals but good ones. I normally try and stop eating at 8pm. What I do is I go and brush my teeth ( cause you know everything is going to taste gross or weird after that) than I shut the lights off in the kitchen and tell myself the kitchen is closed.…

Hey Kelika71 did getting on medication for your diabetes help you alot especially in the weight loss area and blood sugar control? About the carbs that is what a nutrionist had told me to eat I will take your advice on the eating more before exercise. Thanks for the advice.
