Hi. I am a 39 yr old mom with a 14 yr old girl and a 13 yr. old boy. I work from home 3 weeks out of the month and work out the development office in a Passionist monastery the other week, trying to help the priest there sustain income to keep the monastery going.
I have lost 5 lbs so far and need to loose 25 more. I have been a yo-yo dieter for the past 5 years, before that I could eat anything in any quanity at any time. Now I am still learning to adjust to not being able to do that. I hate to exercise but love Yoga and walking so those are my main sources until I can get the motivation to try something elso. I was hoping someone out there would like to be a buddy to keep each other in check. I have tried Weight watchers, the biggest looser and Jillina Michael and find this plan to be the best out of all of them! I love it here.
Many thanks,
Shannon

    Hi,
I've been on this site for about a month and have lost 6 pounds. I also need to lose about 25 more. I'm a mom of 4, a wife and a teacher so I understand your challenges. Feel free to friend me.
