  • This makes me so incredibly sad......praising a phenomenon that is primarily due to genetic disposition/bone structure or extreme dieting. @PartyKardy Congrats on the huge muscle gains, fueling yourself properly & enjoying what you are doing! The grass is in fact greener on the heavy lifting side
  • Leg pressings on the Smith machine....even though the legpress machine was free?!?!?
  • To the guy squatting 275# on the smith machine with no hands & a neck pad who was grunting/neighing like a horse for the whole gym to hear...I'm SUPER impressed by your gains & noises. Ughhh
  • Low bar squats & the meaty shelf might help.... https://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/strength-training-101-how-to-squat-properly/
  • Your transformation is absolutely incredible! Strong work! Just curious, how long did this take you?
  • How's your water intake? If you are getting enough calories, dehydration can present as hunger. Have a look at your macros to determine if you are you getting enough protein & fat. Focus on meeting those two everyday to help with hunger & feeling ill. I previously would feel ill when on a calorie deficit (TDEE -20%),…
  • Pepperoncini chicken is so easy to make & delicious! 1-2lbs chicken breasts, 1 packed Italian seasoning mix, 1 jar sliced pepperoncini Put everything in the crockpot on low until chicken is thoroughly cooked then shred chicken & enjoy!
  • I was thinking of ordering it soon! I've done a few of of the workouts with one of my friends. It was much harder than it looks but nice on my joints since it is body weight & low impact. My team has a challenge group for support/questions/motivations so I'm hoping to buy it in the next month or two! Keep us posted with…

  • Great job!!!!!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the 21 Day Fix! I was bummed my first round when the scale didn't move as fast as I wanted it to, but when I took my measurements, I was so pumped to lose 5+ inches! Round 2 was even better! My team has a challenge group page that helps us all stay motivated so that definitely helps :) Keep…
  • I haven't done P90X, but did 21 Day Fix & lost over 5 inches inches in 3 weeks. People on my team have used p90X & had great success too! I think a lot of our success comes from challenge groups because of the daily motivation, tips & accountability for each program. Good luck & enjoy!
  • For those who need to wear two: invest the $$$ in a high quality sports bra, you won't be disappointed! I used to wear two until I bought a Moving Comfort & I'm a Dcup. It will be worth it! If you go to a running store, they can fit you so you get the right size.
  • Moving Comfort has awesome sports bras for larger bust. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Juno because it has an adjustable back & shoulder straps. It is my go to for running, absolutely no movement & no pain. They are also sized like regular bras with a number & cup for better fit. They can be pricy but last a long time.…
  • I lost weight eating 1400 a day but gained it right back as soon as I stopped eating so little. 1200 is probably too low for your body. Check out In Place of A Road Map to help understand how to lose weight, lose body fat & gain muscle. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/912920-in-place-of-a-road-map-3-2013
  • When I worked nights, I would exercise in the AM before my first shift most of the time. After my last shift, I would sleep until 2pm & exercise in the afternoon/evening if I could muster up the energy (I always felt hungover with headaches and stomaches after working). I always counted calories from when I woke up until…
