  • I found a pair of Lucky jeans at the thrift store that I couldn't pass up. They are two sizes down from what I wear now but I told myself I will not buy any more clothes in my current size because I'm on my way out of that size. I also have my "dream wardrobe" board on Pinterest for when I reach my goal weight.

  • I've been working out at night for the last month and a half and have gotten results. I have more energy at the end of the day usually. But when my daughter starts school up again I may have to switch to AM workouts.

  • I made a mini-goal rewards chart for every 5 lbs lost with things ranging from make up to new outfit, etc. I also wanted to do $1 in a jar for every workout, but I never have cash lol.

  • I am too, I think. I weigh myself at least once a day. But I try to weigh myself mid day so its consistent? lol It helps me to say on track.
