i lift weight and do cardio, and mine are 50:30:20 (carbs,protien,fat) but focus on the caloric deficit for weight loss, eat less than your TDEE

Thanks for the replies Well, i wanna tone my stomach, because muscle wise my abs made a good progress, i wanna shed the fat of them. And can this much cardio have a negative effect on me? And even though i get all my macros, is 400 deficit really too much? And i follow no particular weight training program, 3 days, chest…

Thank you all for your replies No, i dont have any medical issues So would be it be wise if i just tracked the calories in fruit? And just added them using the "Quick add calories only" option? Or should i ignore both calories and sugars? Thanks

thanks for replying i log my weightlifting as cardio activaty, by minutes, which is almost an average of 280 calories per workout, but should i eat less than daily calories or change the weight loss goal or what

thanks for the responses i do my weighting after the chicken has been thawed, and after getting rid of the water that resulted so if i choose "CHICKEN BREAST RAW", would i be getting the nutritional value closest to what i just ate? thanks

thanks for the replies so as i understand from your words, is that because 160 for the day is sufficient, i should add any proteins to my post workout meal? cuz i finished working out 40 minutes ago, still wondering should i cook this chicken breast in my fridge or not
