linda3145 Why has the sugar element been taken out the daily entries for individual foods and only found on the daily nutrients ???? I like to see the sugar element in the individual foods. Ple.ase, please return it to where it belongs. Or at least give a good reason :grumble:

I have another couple of questions about sugar. How does MFP work out how much sugar one needs? And am I getting het up needlessly by always being over my sugar limit. For example, natural sugar in say a tangerine = 11 grams. 10 grams in a fat free yoghurt; 10 grams in a pearI only have an 'allowance' of 25 grams a day. I thought natural sugar in fresh fruit was acceptable and not to be counted as part of the sugar amount you can have. Advice anyone please?0
