Yeah, carbs are my issue. Working on cutting them back, but also trying to be organised with cooking a meal. After getting home from work and working out, I sometimes don't end up eating until after 7:30pm,which for me is to late on a regular basis. Thanks for the feedback, its appreciated.

I am experiencing the same, stuck on 13 stone after losing 23ish. I'm hovering around this, but cant seem to shift the weight , but clothes are fitting and people are commenting. Its very frustrating though, I need to lose 3.3 stone to reach my healthy a d target BMI.

I have had one for 4 months and cant say its helped me lose weight, but it has opened my eyes to how inactive I am Monday - Friday. Without working out I usually only hit 6k steps! Where as weekends I do 10k+ good little device, want to swap to a flex though as I have almost lost it a few to many times now.

You have to was enough to say no and make the right choices. At first its really hard and pretty crappy, but it gets better. I have had an epic binge tonight. Not happy about it, but sometimes I think it needs to be done. I have had enough now, so I'll stop now, not wait until tomorrow and this is why I'm cool with it. I have semi control. Eating is a huge phycological thing to, something I am working on.

I am obese too, I don't look it, I just look overweight. But im 5.5 and weigh 13.2 so the charts say I am. My first goal is to get into overweight territory (12.12), but I am not to worried. We work together, we are getting married next year so whay better start. We both use MFP and both completed insanity together. She only has to lose a few lbs to be healthy whereas I sit in the obese group. But we just get on and do what we gota do and support each other. We'll both benefit in the end, we are a team.

I have been looking at the ft4, I have a cheap hrm at the moment and love it, so upgrading to a reputable brand is justified. Are there any cons to this device, I know it lacks a backlight which some people dont like. Cheers Job
