IMO, having one around is setting yourself up for failure. Just push through and don't let your cravings control you. You're stronger than that.

Btw, 5 days left and I'll have finished my first run through. Plan to do it all over again in about two weeks. She gives it her all don't get me wrong but her attitude is waaay too perky for the amount of effort being put into the work outs.

The Week 5's were done at the beginning of the recovery week. My weight wasn't going down though. The first four weeks i was fluctuating up and down about 1 pound. Margarine is 1 molecule away from being plastic. They originally made it to try to fatten turkeys but it kept killing the turkeys. I know which one I use.

Certain brands of bottled water have different tastes to me. Aquafina is the worst. Dasani right before it. I used to drink Ice Mountain all the time but my favorite is Deja Blue. Other than that I really like well water. Of course I'm biased and I grew up on it though.

No problem! I've seen quite a bit of progress actually! I was surprised at how quickly I've lost so far. It's not even been a month and I've watched 14 lbs come off. My problem is wanting to weigh myself every time I'm near the bathroom. I've had to limit myself to once a week lol. I call it Weigh Myself Wednesday.
