I like greek yogurt they are more tart than other yogurts and also they dont seem to have the active cultures in them. Hey I have been with the program since feb 2013 I am 60 years old lost 13lbs so far . Eatting late at night is somtimes necessary just try to avoid greasy foods and dont pig out. I use to work late hours and made the mistake of eating the wrong foods now I have acid reflux and a host of gastric problems.
