yesterday was my first really bad bingin' day in 6 mnths.

i was really bad about myself and i just ate and ate and ate and now i feel like crap but it's okay , i am going to get back up and keep trying , cause i want this really bad!

    You've done great and have the exact positive attitude that indicates you will succeed. If others had your realistic expectations rather than go ballistic over an "off" day, they'd save themselves a lot of stress and anxiety. Sometimes the memory of overdoing and feeling like crap is the best way to avoid overeating very often. Yes, it will happen. So what...just get back to it and carry on.

    We all need to remember loseing weight is not supose to be a jail sentence we are humane just get up and start again . Try to pay attention to what makes you want to binge so you can growe stronger and be more prepared for the next time. good luck. valey1234
