Hiya,

At the moment I am eating greek yoghurt, 1/2 an apple, 1/2 a banana, a handful of sultanas, 1 tsb honey, 1tsb cinammon and some granola/jordans country cereal as my topper.

Any suggestions on whether this is a good breakfast? How I can improve?

Thanks!

Switch it up....oatmeal, egg whites, smoothie, protein shake.

If it satisfies, and you like it, I say eat it. I feel like most people eat a very similar breakfast every day. The only thing I would say is that 1T of honey is kind of a lot- it'd be way too sweet for me.

My breakfast has to be full of protein. Helps fight the mid morning hunger :). Most mornings I eat bacon and eggs for breakfast. yum
