yes workout DVDs are good and I also use the Nike Training App which helps me as well. All good suggestions thanks so much

@ladyhusker39 yes, I indeed have a lot going on and they all have to be attended to :-)...but I will be working on a schedule and just sticking to it NO MATTER WHAT!

I ran 52 miles in October, and I think I will repeat the same for the month of November. So far I have 5 miles logged. I use Nike Run App my user name is Neshia H if any of you use that to add me. Glad to be apart of the challenge.

@TavisockToad and @ToniLeeAnn82 it is very tough but that's what needs to done. I was just trying to find helpful tips if you all had any on the balance. :-)

Great advice @seska422 ...I think I will keep following MFP. Since I have been logging my food accurately on here I have got good results with my overall fitness goals.

You are starting early @Skinny_Kitty my son just turned 4 on Sunday and I started the bounce back late. Just have to remember the fitness journey is one day at a time, one meal at a time. You've got this. :-)
