 I lost a lbs already.
 I've been really trying to keep with my calorie count. It helps if you put in your calories early on to see what you have left. I still been having little snacks but I've been portion controlling it.
 It's going to be hard today cause I'm going out to eat and it's a set menu. I'm just going to have a small dinner and breakfast. I am bicycling this morning so I can make sure I have enough calories.
