Oh thanks Samantha. That would be lovely. Those last 2 kg are really braking me up and with hubby working abroad my support is gone. I'm trying to get rid of those last 2 for half a year now. I'm yoyoing big time. Lowest was 66.9 somewhere last year june. With christmas it was 67.4 kg. I gained 1 kg over christmas up to 68.5. That might still be there. I plan a week ahead and have everything ready in the house, but i don't like cooking for myself so its yoghurt and bread and fruit and vegs. Although being vegan i can easily go over my 1280 cals that way.7
