I have been having a very difficult time, I know I need to clean up my diet more, working on this. Also, need to be making sure I'm running at least 3 times a week and lifting 3 times a week.4 -

Ultimate Goal : 135... but I probably won't stop till I reach 130 since my weight fluctuates so much.
I was around 170 in 2012, 160 in 2013, stuck at 150 in 2014-16, finally got down to 147 by the end of 2016, but then became full blown determined and I'm shocked I've lost almost 7lbs just this month of January which shows me I wasn't putting my all in. I have sooo much more energy and am excited to reach my goal and continue to maintain it. The biggest change I believe has been cutting out sweets and late night snacks, also I only eat till I'm not hungry instead of till I want to sleep. I've said no to my favorite snacks and it has taken every ounce of discipline that I could possibly muster. Now I'm switching to healthier eating and hoping that will be the catalyst that gets me to my goal weight asap. If anyone has any recommendations to help please share. Wishing everyone the best!5 -
