I think if you are going to do it, just be very wary of your knees. I'm in pretty decent shape, and it hurts my knees regularly

if you have changed your diet to way healthier food, it could be like a "die off" effect. usually when you introduce probitics, and other detoxifying foods to your diet. If it doesn't get better after a few weeks then maybe try eating less crunchy veggies, etc... (cruciferous vegetables get me every time)

on the pain note, i have a weird skeletal structure, If i keep my core strong, then everything is fine. If i let the muscles get weak, i have to retrain myself to walk without pain. If your medical will cover it i would reccmoned a physiotherapist to evaluate what muscles are firing incorrectly,
