Here is my Thursday Truth...I am scared to lose weight! I feel better but am afraid that I will just gain it back. So, if I am just going to gain it back, why bother losing it in the first place? Is that not the craziest thing? Needless to say, I am working on changing my mental attitude this time around. Does or has…

@Robin...take care of yourself. I know all of us on this thread will be thinking of you.

Sunday Share-I love cold weather! Since we don't get that much in Austin, I relish the bracing wind, the red cheeks, and the cozy clothes-especially scarves. I adore scarves!! So I am loving this cold snap we have had. Have a great week. We will reach our goals if we keep up our hard work. Discipline - Laura

@Tanya - love that post, especially the part about comparing ourselves to others. Nothing good ever comes from doing that. I know, because I struggle with that all the time. @Robin - I've played hand bells for 25 years and love it! We play year-round, not just at the holidays. I have had a tough week in terms of my All In…

Last night, I finished making 60 bags of Ranch Pretzels that I give out to co-workers and my children's teachers. They are so easy to make and addicting! (I also call them Crack Pretzels). Robin, you should make them for your neighbors! If you want the recipe, I'd be happy to post it, or you can find it on Pinterest - just…

Saturday Success - I have not had a soda, diet or regular, in a month! After school dismissed, I would usually have a soda to perk me up for the afternoon but have switched to coffee with a splash of milk. My sweet tooth has decreased. Maybe because of the soda? @Marsha. I'm a fellow Longhorn too! Enjoy your Saturday!…
