This was from about 110 lbs progress. I'm now up to 126lbs loss, and I now weigh 125lbs. Everyone can do it!

I think I felt them around 30-40lbs and since then they just keep popping out even more.

Yeah it is a serious question lol. When you put it that way it does sound a bit silly. Just for the last 4+ months I've been doing 2 hours a day and now with that breaking and going back to walking I'm a little paranoid

I eat a lot of carbohydrates, soups and protein like eggs. I should of mentioned that I am vegetarian also and I was worried I was missing out on some sort of nutrient or something

Congratulations. This inspires me so much I am 5 ft 4 also and it's great to see others progress. You are amazing
