Wow! Way to go, keep up the awesome work!

Ugh...I'm up. Blah. My motivation has just nose dived the last half of the challenge. Hopefully starting a new challenge gets me back on track. Serious congrats to those who have stuck around and stuck to it!!

I'm up this week, but I expected it with a planned weekend in New Orleans. I'm ok with it and I will, I'm sure, be back to normal next weigh in! Keep up the good work, everyone!

Way to go, this is amazing!

Thank you so much for sharing! It's always nice to see success stories from someone with the same starting stats. You look amazing!

WOOHOO! Way to go, guys and gals!!!
-
WTG to those who are sticking with it!
-
I fully support it! People who have not posted since week 1. Definitely gone, IMO.
-
I'm in! I seriously need to get my work out mojo back!
-
I'm still here, and I am totally ok with moving the inactive to the bottom. That spreadsheet makes me twitch. As far as this week, between TOM and a alcohol fueled weekend, I didn't even weigh in. I'm going to claim the same weight as last week, b/c I'll be back there as soon as the water weight is gone! Hope everyone…

This is awesome...WAY TO GO!!!

Jennifer, thanks for starting this thread, and keep up the awesome work. You have done very well so far!!! Wow, where is everyone? Looks like we have definitely hit the mid-challenge slump hard! Hope everyone is keeping up with it. I myself have been quite unmotivated and stuck, although still eating healthy for the most…

Congrats to everyone who had a good week, or learned from a bad week. Me...I'm fighting the scale again, becoming too obsessed with that darn number. I'm thinking it's time to hide the scale, challenge or not. So, I think that for the next few weeks, I will log my weight as what this current week is, and maybe at challenge…

Congrats to everyone for all the AMAZING losses this week. It wasn't such a good week for me, but I'm thankful that as crazy as I went food wise, i still worked out 3 days last week, and only gained 2.2 pounds. For someone my size, that's REALLY easy to lose, considering the majority of it is bloat and water weight. Here's…

Everyone is doing great! I'm down 7 total since the start of the challenge, I'm excited about losing even more!!

I feel your pain! I am the Queen of losing 20ish pounds, getting stuck, then getting frustrated and giving up. i would go with what has been suggested so far: slightly upping calories, changing exercise routines a bit, and definitely leave the scale alone for a while if need be. That would be how I broke out of my recent…

I am strictly 3 meals a day, a defined breakfast, lunch, and dinner. To keep grocery costs down, and because it doesn't bother me, I will have the same meal for breakfast and lunch every day in a week. Dinner is grilled or baked chicken, sweet potato, and assorted steamed veggies. When cooking for husband and myself, I try…

Such a great idea! Female Age: 28 Height: 5'5 SW: 343.4 CSW: 324.0 CGW: 284.0 UGW: 180ish As far as workouts, I dabble with Jillian videos, light C25K program (think week 1 and 2 on repeat, running is hard over 300 pounds), treadmill at home, and 2-3 times a week at the gym doing cardio and machines.

Let's see if this works. Also...DEPRESSING!!!

I think this is fairly normal! The problem that I have is that I am SOOO irregular (as a result of being so overwieght, but it's not PCOS according to my doctor). Anywho, b/c I will either not have a period for months at a time, or the always fun period that last 1-3 months, I am very bad at realizing when my cravings are…

My challenge SW is 324...I'm hoping to see 285 by the end! I have already dropped 19 pounds without really being strict about anything, so here's hoping I can accomplish more!
-
Love the enthusiasm! My goal is 2-3 pounds a week, should be breeze for someone my size (SW: 343, challenge SW: 324). In addition, I want to track EVERYTHING I EAT!! I have been slipping with that, and the movement of the scale shows it! As for exercise, I am sticking with what has worked so far: 3 days at gym (30 minutes…

Thanks for sharing, you are totally an inspiration!

Feel free to add me...I'm somewhat newish to MFP to begin with, and a terrible lurker, so I am friendless. Can't wait to see everyone's amazing transformations!

Hi! I'm Amber, and this is my first post on MFP! I am and always have been very overweight, and follow a cycle of losing 20 or so pounds, then gaining it all back and then some. I am super excited about this challenge! On February 1st, I started eating healthy and working out 5-6 times a week and lost 18 pounds. I hit a…
