i use both tape measure and scale, sometimes only one changes, sometimes none changes, sometimes both change...but i just plug along. i know i am stronger and healthier and fit in clothes 6-8 sizes smaller :)

typically excess belly fat is from sugar from my research. i know when i cut out sugar i am not as bloated

i couldn't get into 30DS either. its about finding out what you LOVE to do and doing it. for me i tried everything. i like lifting, and i love yoga and pilates so that is what i do. i want to love to run, but i just can't. i walk and try to run, but mostly walk. do what works for you!

it is probably just water retention, make sure you are getting enough fluid. just stick with it, eventually it comes off

i have to agree with weight lifting and slower weight loss helping out. i have a few areas that still are a tiny bit saggy but weight lifting has helped a ton. my arms show no signs of all of ever being big.

it took me about 25-30 lbs to see a difference and feel it in my clothes. then every 20 lbs or so i dropped a size. now that i am much smaller, 5 lbs makes a huge difference in how i look and how my clothes fit and the sizes are dropping with less weight.

i havent eaten a frozen dinner in almost a year, it is so quick to throw together a salad or a stir fry now. i also cook up things in batches and store in containers in the fridg so it is easy to make up a quick meal.

work at the service desk at a big box retailer where all of our floors are concrete. stand/ walk for 8 hour days. work part time but lately have been picking up shifts and working a full 40. get plenty of activity at work but still go to the gym for my off days. i also own a web design business that i run from home as well…

i have tried all kinds and i really like coffee mates sugar free vanilla caramel, it is 15 cals for 1 tablespoon and i take about 3 tablespoons in a cup and have 2 cups a day so only 90 calories.
