^^^ I was just about to say the same thing. Although everything you are eating is fine in my opinion, I definitely think you need to integrate more vegetables into your diet (and a small amount of fruit). I love my protein shakes and quest bars too.... especially the cookies and cream one.. but there is no doubt in my mind…

Thank you so much! As far as exercise, I worked out between 4-6 times a week mainly incorporating cardio. I did kickboxing, martial arts and Jiu Jitsu. I burned about 500-600 calories per session. It was definitely a lot of hard work and persistence. My diet changed drastically mid-January. I became gluten-free, which…

Yes, I would say one a day is sufficient, depending on the brand.my favorite brand is Dale's Raw Foods. You can purchase them online at Dalesrawfoods.com. They are vegan friendly, gluten-free and packed with a whopping 22g of protein. Check them out! Highly recommended.

This post sounds very similar to my own. I was eating 1200 cal/day and was losing weight every week. After about a 10lb weight loss I hit a major plateau that lasted about 3 weeks. I decided to up my calorie intake to 1500 to see how my body coped. After a week, I started to lose the weight again. This week I lost a total…

1) It is completely normal to gain weight during your period! I go up anywhere from 4-6lbs. But everyone is different 2) Look at your sodium and water intake? This might be one of the culprits to your slight gain. In my honest opinion, I wouldn't worry about it. I would say after a good 7-10days your weight should go back…

I don't have a lot of experience with MFP, however I feel I can give a couple pointers. After viewing your entry for today it seems as though there is no water logged.. Also, I find that eating more often throughout the day helps keep my metabolism going. Instead of 3 meals a day I like to have about 6. =] Good luck.

When I used to go to Starbucks/other coffee joints I always felt like I needed a pastry... usually a scone.. YUM! I have broken this habit by no longer buying coffee... Which in turn is great for my pocket. =]

What a great goal! (for both of you) I'm 5'3'' and my goal weight is 130-135. Keep in mind all of our body frames are different. I tend to carry a lot of weight in my breasts and hips. I hope to get into a size 3-6 jean size like I was in high school =] Good luck girls!

I made a recipe tonight. I boiled quinoa with some diced garlic and chili paste. Then I took pita bread (cut in half) and stuffed it with a layer of refried beans, quinoa and spinach.. Toasted it in the oven and it was delicious!! =] GOOD LUCK. It looks like there are many people here that have great ideas/recipes!
