5'3'' - 20lbs down! For all the short girls
I have currently lost 4 more lbs since this photo. The picture on the left I weighed in at 154lbs, the one on the right I was 138lbs. (I am currently at 134lbs as of this morning). This is my progress up to date. =] Just thought I'd share a little part of me.

Not losing the weight! Advice?
I have been working out hardcore for about 9 months straight. My typical week consists of fitness kickboxing for 60 minutes (3 days a week) and MMA for 80 minutes (3 days a week). A typical work out I will burn from 500-600 calories and push myself harder by using heavier weights, resistance, etc. The workouts are fairly…
