  • Im quite new to this also had a really rubbish diet before starting here (far too much chocolate and other junk food) have improved my diet for the last 3 weeks and Im drinking a litre and a half of water everyday (can't manage any more at minute) and my face is the worst it has ever looked. • Thanks for your reply, I wish I was still in my twenties but Im 32. Im actually not overly bothered about loosing weight when I started on MFP my whole mind set was loose weight look great! as I didn't know any different but after reading loads of forums it seems to be that lifting weights is the way to change body shape…
  • Hiya, I have just done day1 level 2 today and found it so much harder, I seemed to huff and puff for the whole 20minutes and there were some exercises that I just couldn't get to the end of. Anyway I am sat here with what feels like a bad back, not sure if it is the result of the dvd or if Ive pulled myself at work…

Im doing the 30ds and today will be the first day at level 2 (I'm dreading it) not seen that much difference so far but only 10 days in so hopefully I will see results. • Ive just done day 5 and it really does get easier, well kind of. Today I wasn't aching quite so much and I could manage to walk down the stairs without wincing and I actually completed the first round of push ups. Good luck
  • Thanks guys, I have just read a post and worked out my bmr and TDEE and have decided to up my calorie intake to 20% less than my TDEE, so I'll see if that works. For me I reckon that 1200 calories is too few, however Im not sure how Im going to get up to 1481 calories, but Im going to try this method.
