Hiya, I can't really answer your question but I can tell you that I felt the exact same until day 4 (Im only on day 6 now and have done consecutive days) my arms really hurt and I struggled to drive the car, I wobbled going the stairs and could hardly walk. Now on day 6 I don't hurt so bad. The best thing to do I would say…

Ive just done day 5 and it really does get easier, well kind of. Today I wasn't aching quite so much and I could manage to walk down the stairs without wincing and I actually completed the first round of push ups. Good luck

Thanks guys, I have just read a post and worked out my bmr and TDEE and have decided to up my calorie intake to 20% less than my TDEE, so I'll see if that works. For me I reckon that 1200 calories is too few, however Im not sure how Im going to get up to 1481 calories, but Im going to try this method.
