I totally agree. The scale can be a huge boost or a huge disappointment. I take my measurements once a month, that's it! I have a 'goal' skirt, when I fit into then I will know that I'm there.

I am doing this. Level 2 is hard but do the best you can, if you can't keep up just make sure you are using good form. I did L1 for 3 weeks, I think I was better off for it as I was stronger. I did the Shred too and this is way harder, I am still sweating even AFTER my shower :tongue:

I also work out 5 times a week for 45 min and do alot of extra walking on the week ends (no car)

Oh, I should mention that the mile I do is at work, it does not include the walking to and from. That would total about 2 miles, one of walking to and from work and one at work

I am up and down all day, 7 hours or so. To the copy room, other offices and so on. It was weird to see that it added up to a mile! I also go to the bathroom about 47 times thanks to all of the H2O I drink :tongue:

SW: 183.5 CW: 182.6 Goal: 178 Down almost a pound, pretty proud since I have been plateaued for a few weeks. :smile: I am one of the people who have to work up as soon as I wake up, it gives me a good dose of energy to start the day.

I would like to join too! I am going to Vegas for the Easter long week end and have a dress that I bought 2 sizes too small that I would like to fit into by then March 20 start weight 183.5 Goal weight (April 21 since I won't be near a scale on Easter) 178 5 pounds

I started the Shred, got a 2+ week cold, went to Vegas and fell out of the routine. I am starting L1 (again) tonight. The first few days are the hardest, don't let the pain stop you!
