How many calories are you eatting. It might help if you let members see you food diary so they can give you some advice. I am never hungry and I eat 1300 cal and exercise at least 5 times a week.

If you want to add peanut butter to your smoothies and keep the calories down use powdered peanut butter it is is only 45 calories with 1.5 grams of fat and it is so good. I love4 to add it to my smoothies.

I never worry about going over in my protein, I just watch my carbs and fat and make sure I stay in my limits with them.

A metallic taste can also be caused from an old fillinng (silver) in one of your teeth that is leaking. Hope you figure it out.

When I go I eat crab legs with no butter and steamed vegs, this is low in calorie and high in protein. Enjoy your dinner!
