P.S this is not what all english people are like. Im from the UK. I love American food (and the occasional McDonalds) They sell hersheys in my local supermarket My grandmother makes a mean apple pie, warm with ice cream mmmmm. The end.

NO I feel like its a curse - if i pre-log a nice healthy day full of vegetables and exercise... I end up sitting in track pants with a large dominoes... I make it a rule NOT to pre-log! But maybe that's just me?!?!

do what my ANNOYING colleagues do and eat a big bag of potato chips or popcorn at your desk while chewing loudly and rustling the packet grrrrr! that would annoy him on so many levels!

don't forget to include your exercise cals so if you burn 200 a day, that brings the total you can eat up to 1,400 - which is easier. and maybe have BIiiiG salads for lunch or dinner, with lean chicken breast or fish...

yay! thank guys! filling is the main thing! ! :happy: Well, the only way I ever seem to lose any weight is by going low - carb, and ideally not eating any carbs with my evening meal. So that is why the rice noodles have to go ! x

NO! I used to think it was cute, but now im 28, 5'2 just makes me feel dumpy and unglamourous! ! ! Hence why I want to lost 10 pounds! !
