mpo only... I need help with portion control. Calories in vs. Calories out work great I will agree, however the 21 day fix has shown me how to eat clean foods in a proper portion. I eat why more food on this program then I ever did with Calories in vs. Calories out. Why.... because I'm eating less garbage and eating more…

I'm on day 4 round 1.... I had to start with the food as I forgot where I put my CD LOL. In just 4 days of clean eating I feel so much better.

So like pasta, I should cook it first (as I don't eat dry pasta lol) then use my yellow to portion it out. I guess a portion of dry pasta would be huge when cooked.

There is a lot of great advise here... Something I started is portion control. I meal prep on Sunday or Monday and this is when I weigh everything. I have salad dressing in my fridge ready to go, I have chicken and sweet potaote ready to go. It's fast food, homemade style.
