sweet &spicy asian sauce

2 tbsp. rice wine
2 tbsp. black soy sauce
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. of ground ginger
1 tbsp. water
combine all in small bowl mix well for your Asian dishes or rice steak pork or chicken marinade
