I am glad I am not the only one!!! I am also not too fond of my after picture (or my before picture). Hopefully there will be a bit more definition. I really need to do more cardio, but we are not the best of friends. I need to figure out a good routine for that, so I can lose more fat and get ready for bikini season…

The plank jacks were hard for me because my knees kept popping... And any exercise for the abs that requires me to keep my head off the ground is difficult and causes neck pain... Maybe because it's not strong enough or I've gotten pretty good whiplash before. But I did most of them!!

Finally done!! Wasn't sure on the reps, so I just did 20 on each side for those that had "right side", "left side"... And I only did two sets...

Finally done with day 1... It's been an odd past couple of days, and still getting over a cold... Some of the exercises were awkward and I couldn't tell if I was doing them right, because of such, but did them all. Whew.

Finally done!!! :) The last week was really challenging, partially due to the cold I'm still getting over. I've had no energy and it was really hard to stay focused. But I reached the last day!!

I did maybe 200 today... I just couldn't stay focused... Ugh.

Finished day 27!! These felt awkward, but could definitely feel a burn!

225 Pop Squats done. These were super difficult because I have a cold, so the constant up and down motions made me even more nauseous. Did them in sets of 25 each. Can't wait til I feel better. This cold has kicked my butt.

Did these earlier!! I was still sore from the Side Squats, so I was for sure feeling the burn! These were a little weird, just because your arms are flying out, but I liked them a lot!

I did 8 on each leg of the one-legged squats, then did regular for the rest. Wish my knees didn't pop so much! And yes, I'm behind... But I'll get there!

These were super awkward!!! I could only do about ten or so, and then did regular squats for the rest. It also hurt right above my knee... Don't know if that's because I'm a little sore or if there's something wrong... Either way I got 150 squats done!

I used my rest day for catching up on the last three days that I didn't have time/energy for. Whew!

And... Done!!! :) I have done the last three days of squats today.... The Pistol Squats I couldn't really do, but nonetheless, I did 405 squats today!! Yikes. Gonna feel it tomorrow.

Whew! 140 Prisoner Siff Squats done!!! These hurt my feet more than anything, but that doesn't mean I won't be sore in the morning, probably. Definitely MUCH easier than the pistol squats.

I'm a few days behind, so I'm using my rest day to catch up. These were so difficult!!! I could only do about 20 per leg, and did regular squats the rest of way. Doing regular squats definitely seem easier! Hopefully one day I will be able to do these, and go all the way to the ground... Right now I'm not that strong or…

Gahhh... Yesterday was a very long and emotional day so I didn't do any squats. I did yesterday's and today's today. Whew!! That kicked my *kitten*.

Whew! These were pretty challenging. Definitely a sweat producer!! Does anyone have any tips for exercises that will improve my jump height??

I do log mine... Go to the Exercise category and click on Add Exercise on the Strength Training. Also, my 80 are done! These were a little difficult, seeing as how it challenged my balance a little more than I thought they would. I felt more burn in my lower back than anywhere else! Ouch! Felt good though.

Day 6 completed!! I haven't noticed a big change, but hopefully by the end of the 30 days, all this work will be quite noticeable! (Before then would be nice, too) :)
