well second week no weight loss. Think I need to rethink a few things. I am getting more salad and vegetables but perhaps the eggs and cheese are slowing me down a bit, maybe I will try Cutting back on that and see what happens. Thanks everyone

Thanks for all your comments. It just show how support from other people is so important. I thought i was doing everything right but this helped me to understand a bit more. Just a quick question if i eat 19 grams of dietry fibre and 16 grams of total carbs is that good or not. I know i havee to subtract the dietry fibre…

Thank you I will take a look at his books. What do you mean by carbs or net carbs. I just fill in my diary and it says total carbs which are between 19 -40g also what is a good fibre number I should be aiming for. Thanks:smile:

I'm not sure about the carbs in swede but i made swede chips tonight to hve with my sausages. also did a lovely cottage pie but instead of potato i use carrot and swede as the topping oh and some grated cheese could not resist.:wink:

I'm so glad there are people out there lke me, I thought I was alone. I have been yo-yo dieting for years i lose some weight and then it all goes back on plus some.
