my in-laws are like that.. i literally go through their cupboards and fridge reading every label to try and figure out what is the healthiest option. do not eat anything fried! if its chicken, ask if they can grill you a piece.. if its fries, ask if they can bake you some.. or even offer to make food!!!

i put sedentary.. even though i have a 23 month old and a 3 month old i am constantly toting around i feel like i am not on my feet all day so better safe than sorry...

If you dont want to use cream but want that creamy effect in your soup use some non fat milk and mix it with a little bit of corn starch (in a separate bowl then add it to the soup) and bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until the soup is thickened and bubbly.. perfectly understandable question... Try limiting your carb intake. That seems to help my husband who is also doing MFP.. If that doesn't help try limiting your dairy intake.. Those are the two big ones that seem to upset your stomach..

I do Zumba on my WII and it is amazing! I carry most of my weight on bottom too and my legs are slimming down like crazy! I just had my 2nd baby in a year and a half so I wish it would help a little more with that but the legs is a definite plus! I have lost 41 pounds since the first week in december.. i only gained 16 pounds with my last baby and it was easy to get off... i am only 23 though.. but 16lbs is nothing! with my first i gained 44 and it took 5 long months of busting my *kitten* to get it off.. i was 21..
