Chicken, leek and potato soup....

Hi, I want to make a nice chicken leek and potatoe soup without the cream....any ideas?

    If you dont want to use cream but want that creamy effect in your soup use some non fat milk and mix it with a little bit of corn starch (in a separate bowl then add it to the soup) and bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until the soup is thickened and bubbly.. That is an easy way to cut out the cream! Don't use too much though cuz a little goes along way..
