I am snowed in at my boyfriends and all his family eats is unhealthy fried food. How can I still eat healthy while i'm here? Please help.

Have them bake your food instead of fry it.0

yeah, bake it, or pan fry w/ pam. No skin. They must have something decent you can eat. Oatmeal, eggs, something. Good luck and stay warm.0

my in-laws are like that.. i literally go through their cupboards and fridge reading every label to try and figure out what is the healthiest option. do not eat anything fried! if its chicken, ask if they can grill you a piece.. if its fries, ask if they can bake you some.. or even offer to make food!!!0

Check the freezer for fruits and veggies, or the pantry for canned soups, fruits, or veggies (the sodium content will be high, but drink lots of water). Eat oatmeal. I agree with the grilling or baking plan. That seems like a simple request to me. You can always grill or bake your own. They might have potatoes, you could bake one and eat it plain. If nothing else, go with small portions and exercise. Shovel snow, do jumping jacks, or if they have cable you can get fitness on demand. PBS usually has morning exercise shows, too.0

Offer to cook dinner for them! They might appreciate the gesture, and you can control at least one meal.0
