Well written and so true, must remind myself more frequently that the weight doesn't come off in a straight line and not to freak out as much at the roller-coaster of emotions! Great post, thank u.

Great inspiration! Started running 12 weeks ago, having never ran and nearly killed me running a minute! Now running three times a week, mainly short runs 30 to 45 minutes and doing less and less walking. It is definitely a state of mind thing for me, but am thinking about increasing my distance once i am comfortable…

Know what you mean! Measured myself again today and at last have had a bit of a 'whoosh' of inches off after not seeming to lose much, has been nearly 3 months, 18lbs off and now 4 inches off both my waist and hips so can finally see a difference. Steady and sure.

just gone closet shopping too and bought my summer wardrobe! All fits (and much better than last summer even!). Still plenty left in the closet to get into, so can't wait to keep trying them on.

Am on day 2 level 2 and have gone from not being able to do any push ups to doing 20 albeit girls ones but my upper body strength has improved amazingly and also think it is helping my general fitness levels with running. I like the fact it can be fitted into my daily routine, at home and is free. I too tend to do it on…

I am 6 weeks in and found that I only lost 2 pounds in the first 2 weeks which was a lot less than I expected. However, I kept going and found that suddenly on week 3 I lost a few pounds. Since then that seems to…
