You could take the simpler route and log all your food and eat the calories the this site gives you. That way, you know what to fit in for a party or a meal, and exercise off any excess. No need for confusing diets. I'm not a breakfast person, it's no more or less important than any other time to eat.

I'll join! Want to hit 139-140. Was at 144, my first goal weight, but then Halloween and my birthday hit, so now I'm at 146. Back on the ship though!

Haha my bf is a jockey, he has to weigh in in front of everyone, then it's printed in the form, and if there's an overweight, it's announced over the PA system. So no shame here. We weigh the same anyway. Same height too, 5'10.

I'm about 5'11 and 145. Size 4-6. I think 150-160 at 6 feet is a nice lean athletic shape.

I'm a stress non-eater as well. It's a bad cycle that makes you feel worse. Soup is my go to, when solid foods look impossible. Comforting as well!

I'm almost 5'11. 150 lbs, medium/muscular frame (like, size 12 shoes, ugh). Wouldn't mind losing another 5 lbs and find a couple more abs, lol.

Horseback ride 5-6 times a week, and two horses on weekends. Weights/cardio 2-3 times a week

I put in "Trot work" for the amount of time I'm actually working the horse (not including walk warm up and cool down). Usually 30~ min. But we WORK- I do upper level (FEI) dressage with a couple of big movers, mostly sitting trot, not posting. Run through tests this time of year. Lots of half halts using core, etc.…

5'10 and a little bit here. Always fit and muscular, lost 13 pounds in the last year to tone up. Hit 149 today! The 140s are where I'd like to maintain. Went away for a few months having transferred offices, and came back having lost the last 5 pounds and now people are making anorexic comments. *Sigh*. Sooo predictable.

5'11 here, with a muscular/athletic frame, pretty much straight up and down. I like anywhere in the 145-150 range. I'm 155 now, heaviest was 163. I'm a size 6.

Omg, I just discovered Honeycrisps this year. Obsessed. I've eaten like one to two a day for three months, it's caused my TMJ to flare up, hahaha. The last bag I got isn't as good, the season must be ending. :(
