  • I started adding in a 20 minute strength DVD (jillian michael's) after 40 mins on the elliptical, 3-4x a week, and have seen major results! I bought a pair of jeans 2 weeks ago that are already too loose! :)
  • Thanks for the suggestions! I guess I just mean 'for women' in that I don't want something loaded with creatine. Most of the ones I've found have tons of creatine, which I thought is more for men to bulk up and that it makes you retain water like crazy. Maybe I'm wrong!
  • Do you use spotify? I have a workout playlist of around 150 upbeat songs I listen to on shuffle! If you are a spotify user, you can subscribe to other people's playlists.
