I was wondering how do you log workout DVDs? I'm planning to do some biggest loser ones that I have

I have a ton of biggest loser DVDs, I love them! I have a heart rate monitor now that I use, but before I used to log them as circuit training.

I like cardio max, I did levels one and two yesterday and my HRM said I burned 351 cals. I love Boot Camp, Last Chance Workout, Power Ab Blast, and Jillian Michael's kickbox fast fix! I do 25 mins on the elliptical then add a BL DVD 4-5 days a week. I've lost 3lbs in the last 2 weeks, which is a lot on my 5'2 135lb frame! They work!0
