I found this on clearance at my local Meijer. It was so good I ended up ordering online because they don't sell it near me anymore. Very chocolatey. Made it with unsweetened almond milk. Also got the brownie mix which I wasn't AS keen on (but my husband thought they were the best brownies he had, so who knows?)

yes but you can use honey instead for a lower GI sweetener. I took a pizza making class once and that's what they said to do. http://www.food.com/recipe/honey-pizza-dough-awesome-117941

Yes. I want. Looking at the website a couple places near me sell them too. I wish the website showed nutrition though.

That is great info. Thank you!

I guess I look at it cause at one point my potassium was slightly low (low enough to need supplementing, but just one mega dose took care of it). I did have some other medical issues going on at the time. I think you are probably right though. I haven't really noticed any issues, though I've only been paying attention to…

From when I was doing that a lot, it's all about the order you layer it. Dressing on the bottom, veggies, protein, cheese, and then lettuce. you want the lettuce/spinach to be as dry as possible. When doing it that way, mine could last at least a week.

I just last night bought 2 Cooking Light recipe books at Barnes and Noble. It was like $16 and there are something like 1100 recipes between them. I would't pay them a weekly fee though.

a women's multi and fish oil. I sometimes make oatmeal or muffins with whey but not daily.

Like most people on here said...I look up something generic and similar and then pick the highest (reasonable) calorie count or do 1.5 servings instead of 1 just to be safe.

Not 100% sure if they are considered low sodium, but the Skinny Girl Dressings (from Skinny Girl cocktail creator Bethanny from Real Housewives of New York) have recently been in my local grocery store. They are sugar free and fat free. Haven't tried them though so don't know about taste.

No, in store at Vitamin Shoppe. I think they must have been brand new cause they were actually sampling them (which I found out after I bought it lol). Those cookies are phenomenal BUT I didn't realize they were 2 servings per package at first so that threw off my day a bit -_-

I've weaned myself to 1 tbsp of (plain) half and half a day in my morning coffee. I'm not a huge coffee person though. I fill my thermos before work and it keeps it hot all day and I usually just sip on that one cup throughout the day. It's like 20 cals so even if I didn't log it, I don't consider it to be something that…

I work in a doctor's office and it's the worst. Patients bringing stuff in. Reps bringing stuff in. Staff bringing stuff in. We are always celebrating something and it's always with a potluck. I actually starting eating in my car for awhile because I just needed to stay away. I've gotten better though at ignoring it.

I try really hard not to snack between meals, but I usually have a Zone bar or other protein bar stashed in my purse or those Sargento's Balanced Breaks. They are 180 cals and have cheese, nuts and dried fruit. They are supposed to refridgerated, but I've eaten them room temp more than once and not died haha

This was pretty good and very filling. I actually did eat it with a scoop of cool whip cause the protein taste was a little bit stronger than the chocolate, but with that extra sweetness it tasted like dessert for breakfast. I only was able to eat half of it cause it was really dense. 8f, 21c, 20p 6 fiber, 6 sugars. I got…

They make a birthday cake flavor as part of their ONE Bar line that I just tried yesterday. I thought it was great. Like Quest but better. Soft without having to microwave and there still is the protein aftertaste, but not as lingering as with Quest or as noticeable.

Trying to have a baby is what motivated me to get back on here. Hubby and I got married in June last year and we decided we would like to start trying around our 1 year anniversary. I would like to get down about 50 lbs before then and just overall develop a healthier lifestyle.

Hello! I'm back at this only a week (but not new to it unfortunately). I added ya.
-
I should add I tend not to eat back calories especially on days I don't work out, but it would be nice to know that even if not 100% accurate, the numbers are consistent.

I don't log seasonings or spices. Don't log mustard but will log ketchup cause I can easily over do it. I don't log black coffee or zero cal drinks or lemon in my water. If I were to have a burger or something with some lettuce, pickle, tomato, onion, I would probably not log those toppings since it would be such a small…

yes! this is what I need too mainly cause it gives me good ideas for my own meals.

sure! it's very chocolatey fyi!

that seems like a really great plan to be quite honest. Might implement it myself...

good for you! I've briefly considered it as well but for different reasons. Mainly because I could lose the weight I want to lose faster if I stuck to cardio. But, I love weights, and in the long run, my body will look better and perform better. Win WIN.

press the down button (or up button) and it will cycle through screens. There is a heart rate screen, then calories burned, then time, then if you are "in the zone."
-
You look smokin'. Great job.
-
great job! you look like a whole new person!

I don't really have a reason to track sugar if I track my macros. I stopped tracking my sugar and sodium and started tracking calcium and fiber.
