I had my RNY November 7, 2011. I lost 23 pounds prior to that, and 96 since. No regrets! :)

girl, you know i hate them, but squats and lunges have majorly helped my butt and legs. :)

low-fat and fat-free cheeses are a godsend! nuts, too! and i do have a protein shake every day too. good luck, hon! :)

today was my tenth day on level 1, so i'm moving to level 2 tomorrow. i'm trying to move up every 10 days.

i was going to start it in february, but had to have elbow surgery. i'm hoping to start on march 1st. i just know it's going to kill me! oy... :P

i have a healthometer one i've had for years. i think i got it at walmart? you can set it to tell you your body fat and water percentage too. i love it!

i hear ya. i have weeks where i do awesome and then it seems like i just grind to a halt. last week i only lost 1 pound. it can definitely become discouraging. but, yes, it is normal. just keep doing the right things and it will come off. and i'll bet you are losing inches you don't even realize ;)
