This...is...a...bummer. I often fall short of meeting the protein allowance but I always thought it would be okay to fall a little under. If what MFP tells me to take in is on the low side though, I'll start trying harder to meet it then. :ohwell:

I think maybe one reason people might use that sort of photo is for inspiration, to have it staring out at them as a constant reminder of how they once were and would like to be again. Same with photos of skinny models and such, goal-type photos. <---I have Supremes era Diana Ross over there because she is wicked cute.

Usually right out of the shower, nude or close to it. If I washed my hair and it's still wet, I take that into consideration and dock some weight. Long wet hair is heavy! :)

"Disfigured" is an interesting movie about weight. It's about an obese woman who makes friends with an anorexic woman. There are some really great moments in it and while it does get dark, it ends on a more positive note.

I posted that back in May. For the last several months I'e been hanging around 127-130. My main focus (number-wise) has been just to stay under 130 and I've been doing that pretty well but I would like to start seeing 125 or so because 129 is acceptable but freaks me out a little...too close to 130.

Awesome! I'm working on doing the 30 Day Shred this month. It will be my first time following a long-term exercise plan like this. I usually just mix things up and do random stuff each time I work out, so I'm looking forward to seeing how this goes.

L1D2 was definitely harder with my arms already sore from yesterday, but I know they'll get used to it. Looking forward to kicking my own butt some more tomorrow! :)

Day 2 was tougher than Day 1, starting off sore in the arms. I love it though - grrrrrr, feel the burn! I love the cardio bits, nice to give the achy muscles a break!

I think the idea is just to keep posting in this thread and come back to it regularly to check for post from others as well. :) We can keep each other encouraged and post our results.

Even the bread is loaded with high fructose corn syrup, which is something we should definitely avoid whenever possible. If you can find a local sandwich shop with "real bread," give that a try instead. Edit: I see now that you were talking about the salad bowl - which I assume doesn't involve bread. :)
