  • 1,200 is the target MFP set for me. Not my idea, to be honest i didn't have a clue, Yes i have lost a lot of weight but much of that was the wrong way with my fingers down my throat. I wouldn't recomend that to anyone. I'v upped my protein and am hoping that that will help. Looking forward to reading all the GOOD advice on…

  • When i started this journey i was 290 Lb. People were really mean at times but i knew what i was doing and how much i wanted it. I'm now at 170. I too cried at times but you know what. I'm changing and feeling great, they are still mean and have to pick on others now. Some people have to do that to make themselves look…

  • I've been doing the Leslie Sansone 5 mile fat burn 3 times a week to start me off. Beetroot face was the result at the end of each session to begin with but now i'm really enjoying it and feel great afterwards. Would like to try and do the 30 day shred but dont know how to work out calories burnt. Su x
  • I officially weigh in once a week but to be honest (owning my own shame as they say) I find myself standing on the scales at every toilet run, which quiet frankly is often. (been trying to drink 3 lts of water a day). I know this is wrong but just cant seem to stop. My husband has even shouted at me in the middle of the…

  • I carry a litre bottle with me everywhere i go & try to finish 3 by the end of the day. I've learnt to like it now. If i feel a bit water logged i make a mug of hot water and squeeze lemon juice into it. I have been known to add a sweatner to it too. Seems to go down easier that way. Loo runs happen often but it does get…

  • Cheating? For some maybe but let me tell you about myself. In short I developed kidney failure 5 years ago. Due to bad eating habits and steroids and inactivity my weight ballooned to 150Kg. Huge, Actually super huge. 150Kg how could my weight and body be so big without me noticing. At dialysis i had to stand on the scales…
  • Hi ya, I am fairly new to all this to but from the advice i have been given i would make sure you are eating all of your calorie allowence. I,d try uping your protein and lowering your carbs a bit. The only change i can see you do need to make is up your water. Good luck honey. I know how de-motivating it can be. I thought…

  • BUMP
  • I attend a herbalife wellness meeting weekly. Its great, I get weighed and am taught about proper healthy eating. I do use the shakes from time to time as a boost when i'm rushed but the whole point of it is to teach you how to eat healthily. The shakes help me get in conrtol of my cravings as i dont feel hungry with them.…
