I only do M-F because on the weekends I do alot less walking and more sitting at home. During the week, I am in constant motion.

I am right there with ya...once ya get out of your routine it is hard to get back in it. I had two eye surgeries since Decemeber and have not been able to exercise. Hoping this thursday my surgeon will clear me to resume activities again. My goal is to speed walk 5 out of 7 days with my 80 pound dog and use my fitbit :)

I use a HRM so I add it myself.....but ppl who dont use a HRM log it often as Circuit Training.

it is so individual, the calorie burn. I did it just now and wore a heart rate monitor. I burned 264 calories. I am 5'4" weigh 160 lbs

thanks for the replies everyone....still trying to decide how I am going to approach it. I have lots of her other DVDs..doing a bit more reading and will let ya know how I decide to proceed. I will tell ya, I took some before pictures and I was disgusted so this is def a GO!

I am currently 160.5 and I am wanting to be 148-150....I was there last year and that is when I was my happiest and feeling good, I am not looking to be super skinny....but when I was 150, I was wearing a size 6 and was quite happy
