How do you add 30 day shred to your exercise diary?!

Hey everyone! I started doing the 30 day shred today (dying, legs like jello)!!! How do you add it to your exercise diary??

  • I count it as "circuit training"

    I use a HRM so I add it myself.....but ppl who dont use a HRM log it often as Circuit Training.
