exercise taken a backseat in success plan? Birthday wishes

Okay so have you been wanting to get back on track with your exercise? Failing miserable and cant get off the couch. Yup. I have been there and even the last couple of days I have been a little lets say.... Lazy. But tomorrow is a new day... It's my birthday and I want to challenge you to please for the love of all that is holy...... GET UP and DO SOMETHING GOOD FOR YOUR BODY. Its the only opportunity you have for tomorrow. I would love to ask you all to post your exercise minutes.. This would be a gift of encouragement to me as well as to the whole of all of you that participate. Each post will be like a wish as well as a promise that none of us are alone.
Join me... I am starting my day with a walk on my treadmill and will continue my day counting steps and stairs with my trusty fitbit.
Are you In??

My exercise is taking a back seat because of foot problems..my only real way of exercising. I am walking daily, but even that hurts and is making the problem worse. I need to be creative and find ways to exercise that keep me off my feet and don't require me spend money. Floor exercise is a possibility and yoga as well. As soon as I can afford the expensive running shoes, I will give the running another go. I will promise that right now I will research exercises that will get my heart rate up and will also get my body ready to run. And I will actually do some of them tonight- but not too many since its late :)

I am right there with ya...once ya get out of your routine it is hard to get back in it. I had two eye surgeries since Decemeber and have not been able to exercise. Hoping this thursday my surgeon will clear me to resume activities again. My goal is to speed walk 5 out of 7 days with my 80 pound dog and use my fitbit :)
